From 9th to 11th October, the Hall 1 of the Palace of Congress and Exhibition of Seville will host the Hydro Conference 2017 organized by Aqua-Media International Ltd.
This conference which aims to bring together some 1500 people has already been held in Spain before more concretely in Barcelona (1995), Granada (2007) and Bilbao (2012). Spain is one of the European leaders in the development of water resources, hydropower and pumped storage.

In this edition delegates will hold discussions on topical issues related to hydropower, collaborating internationally to work together on the planning and implementation of future projects.
The topics to be dealt with provisionally are: Potential and planning, project preparation, project implementation, operation and maintenance, upgrading and extension of plant life, regional collaboration, environmental and social aspects, climate issues, Hydro technology, pumped storage, grid issues, capacity building and training and civil engineering.
