 The Plaza de toros de la Real Maestranza is very close to the hotel in Seville. Originally built in 1733, on a small hill (previously known as Baratillo Hill or Baratillo Bullring), it is the most ancient of Spain and was the first bullring to be built in a circular manner. Its architecture is mainly Baroque, highlighting the main entrance, known as the "Door of the Prince". It is considered as one of the most beautiful bullrings and one of the most popular tourist attraction of the city. The capacity of this ring contains 13,000 seats.

Next to the square is the chapel of Baratillo, closely linked to the bullfighting world as the whole neighbourhood celebrates the bull fighting season at each location, with gatherings throughout the year especially during the Feria de Abril, being a hotel with reference to bullfighters and fans.

The hotel is also very close to the monuments most important in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Archivo de Indias, named the three heritage in 1972, as well as the Torre del Oro, the Church of el Salvador, etc...
