Visits to the Palaces of las Dueñas de Sevilla

 

In March 2016  begin visits to the palaces of las Dueñas de Sevilla. For the first time in five centuries of history of the Palace, its doors will open to the public to make guided visits to the monument.

 

The Palace de las Dueñas is the habitual residence of the duquesado of Alba in the city of Seville. The palatial site visits will be carried out by the ground floor and gardens, keeping closed the public stays longer preserving the privacy of the family Fitz-James Stuart.

Visits to the Palace of las Dueñas

The visits will be guided and will have a duration of 45 minutes approximately. The visit is starts in the gardens of the Palace entries, and will continue to visit the stables and other rooms as the Tablao, El Salon de la Gitana, the Sacellum and the courtyard of the lemon tree, a landmark because it is the birthplace of the writer Antonio Machado.

 

It has a maximum capacity of 350 visitors per hour. Enabling for the months of winter hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 hours and in the summer from 10:00 to 20:00 hours.

 

Tickets will be available via the internet, by phone at the same desk of the Palace. Prices are 8 EUR, children from 6 to 12 years old and retired people will have a reduced price of 6 euros and Mondays from 16:00 admission is free.
