Smelly room - The good: friendly and professional staff, central location, left luggage service, nice lobby

The bad: a disgusting smell of cigarette smoke (room 301), the worst I have ever experienced... read more in a hotel room. I was assured that the rooms are non-smoking, but the smell was horrible. I asked for a different room, not available, so had to put up with it for two nights. The receptionist gave me a can of air-freshener.

Noisy ventilation / air-conditioning

I was supposed to have a room with a view. The view was into a facility area.

Poor WiFi in the room.

Thin walls, you hear everything (reading the reviews, I had earplugs ready). I cannot imagine staying in one of the ground floor rooms, which are right next to the lobby / reception.

Overall: a very poor value for money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was good for being able to come back to the hotel a few times a day if needed. Room was a good size with good shower and fridge. I liked that there was a safe too. Only negative I had was the tiny bars of soap which snapped easily but that didn't matter really as they were replenished daily or available from reception. Excellent hotel.
