Smelly room - The good: friendly and professional staff, central location, left luggage service, nice lobby

The bad: a disgusting smell of cigarette smoke (room 301), the worst I have ever experienced... read more in a hotel room. I was assured that the rooms are non-smoking, but the smell was horrible. I asked for a different room, not available, so had to put up with it for two nights. The receptionist gave me a can of air-freshener.

Noisy ventilation / air-conditioning

I was supposed to have a room with a view. The view was into a facility area.

Poor WiFi in the room.

Thin walls, you hear everything (reading the reviews, I had earplugs ready). I cannot imagine staying in one of the ground floor rooms, which are right next to the lobby / reception.

Overall: a very poor value for money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay in Sevilha - We really enjoyed our 3 night stay , The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor... read more with all amenities. Has elevator. Room cleaned daily.
They do not serve breakfast but it is surrounded by small quaint cafes that do, , very reasonably priced.
It’s location is excellent, very central, near the Plaza Nueva . From there, you can walk everywhere if you wish, also there is a tram line starting at Plaza Nueva .
We will be back.

Excellent Hotel - Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly. It had 24/7 reception and you left your key with them when you went out which was a great idea... read more so it's not lost/stolen. Its very close to everything- 7mins to the cathedral. Was good for being able to come back to the hotel a few times a day if needed. Room was a good size with good shower and fridge. I liked that there was a safe too. Only negative I had was the tiny bars of soap which snapped easily but that didn't matter really as they were replenished daily or available from reception. Excellent hotel.
