From the next 08th until 15th of December will take place the traditional dance of Seises at the Cathedral of Seville.
In this occasion to celebrate the day of Inmaculada Concepción, take place in Seville the traditional dance of Seises at the Cathedral which is being carried out since the beginning of the 16th century. This dance is only performed 3 times a year and consists of a group of 10 children who performed a sacred dance accompanied by the children’s choir of the Cathedral. It is important to indicate that these children will be dressed in flashy costumes which are provided by golden ornaments, tights, pants convex and little jackets, also always tend to be accompanied by a hat with feathers. In this occasion, the suit incorporates light blue tones in honor to the feast of Inmaculada Concepción.
