CHRISTMAS IN SEVILLE.
This year the great novelty is the illumination of the urban gardens of San Jerónimo, Alcosa, Rey Moro, Vega de Triana, Instituto Romero Murube and Hacienda San Antonio. Sevillian architects from Nomad Garden have been in charge of carrying out the different projects, promoted by the ICAS.
The first one illuminated will be the orchard of Hacienda de San Antonio and will take place on Sunday, December 17 followed on Monday 18 by San Jerónimo, Tueday 19 by Vega de Triana, Wednesday 20 by the Romero Murube Institute, Thursday 21 Alcosa and, finally, on Friday 22, the garden of El Rey Moro.
The Christmas program is completed with three Christmas trees of about 20 meters high that will be installed in Puerta de Jerez, in front of Santa Justa Station and in Plaza de Cuba respectively. In addition, a large ball of light and music occupies St. Francisco Square awaiting the beginning of Christmas.
In addition to the already traditional ice rinks in Plaza de San Francisco and Prado de San Sebastián, we will be able to enjoy the market of Nativity Scenes, the Crafts market of Plaza Nueva, the Christmas market of Nervión or the one at the Gardens of the Prado de San Sebastián, as well as bright shows.
