From April will be direct flights to Brussels
Seville City Hall, through the Tourism Consortium and the Belgian flag carrier Brussels Airlines, have reported that as of April 1 will operate a direct flight from Brussels to Seville San Pablo Airport.
Likewise, the Employment Officer, Economics, Major Festivals and Tourism, Gregorio Serrano, explained that this new flight will operate three times a week with a plane of 156 passengers, adding one more frequency depending upon on demand.
Seville and Brussels nonstop
It is worth noting that there is already a flight between Belgium and Sevilla, but in this case the city of Brussels will be linked directly to the capital of Andalusia.
In this way Serrano explained that from April Seville will be connected directly to the heart of Europe, a new flight that joins together Sevilla to Brussels and thus to connect to other destinations in northern Europe and North America in both ways.
Finally underlined that this new route is possible to increase the economic and tourist exchanges between Andalusia and Belgium. Brussels Airlines is a member of the global airline alliance Star Alliance and this may allow an increased flow of passengers through the Brussels International Airport with the Andalusian capital to promote our city around the world.
