The third Congress of the Spanish Federation of Nutrition Societies, Food and Dietetics FESNAD which organized every 5 years, will take place on 5th until 7th March at the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses Seville FIBES.
The previous Congress took place in Barcelona last 2010, whose main theme was responsible feeding. Next year this Congress will be held in Seville, and it aim to solve the health problems of developed countries. The focus will be on malnutrition in hospitals, which today exist, the concern of the local population about food and the problems that food cause as obesity, metabolic syndrome and Diabetes or nutritional and metabolic diseases.
Food and nutrition in fibes
To solve these problems the scientific societies have cooperated with different public corporation, creating a series of strategies, which will be announced during these days, to protect the citizen of food illnesses. Topics include nutrition, genetics, intolerances, allergies, healthy diet with an exercise-associated… each others.
