The XLI international chess tournament “Ciudad De Sevilla” is celebrated from 8 to 16 January 2016 in the Palace of congresses and exhibitions of Seville.
The tournament is organized by the Chess Federation Sevillana, and will count with the participation of foreign players from countries such as Russia or Italy and with a multitude of local players.

This will be the forty first edition of the tournament city of Seville that is celebrated in Seville. The tournament will be divided into three categories and different awards: general category, local category and child categories.
The timetable of the rounds will be every day at 17:30 except on January 16 that the round will be at 09:30 and the closing of the tournament at 14:30.
