Space Forum of the City of Seville
Seville will celebrate this space forum for the sixth consecutive year, given its great importance for the city. In fact, 71% of the total number of companies in the sector are located in Seville. Also and according to the latest report of the Helix Aerospace Cluster, the global turnover of the aerospace sector reached 2,400 million euros in Andalusia in 2016, accounting for 1.62% of the overall Andalusian GDP.
More than 20 activities will be carried out, organized by 30 public and private entities and which are expected to receive more than 2,000 people. The objective of these activities is the dissemination and information to all publics to promote the benefits of technological progress in the aerospace sector for society.

– European Symposium on Defense and Technologies ‘Synergies between European Union funding for defense and dual-use research and innovation’ next Wednesday.
– The CSIC House of Science Museum offers the opportunity to be closer than ever to celestial bodies through the only planetarium that can be enjoyed in Seville.
– At the headquarters of CREA, Catec will exhibit on aerospace technologies, an exhibition that will run until October 10.
– The Ayesa Foundation initiates practical workshops on space-oriented STEM disciplines focused on promoting technological vocations among young people.
