The XIX Christmas Market of Creative Crafts of Seville 2018 is celebrated from December 14, 2018 to January 5, 2019 in the Plaza Nueva in Seville.
The Federation of Artisans of Seville, created in 1993 as a non-profit business and crafts organization whose main goal is to publicize Sevillian crafts and their value as well as encourage their growth, is responsible for organizing this Christmas market that will have the participation of more than 70 booths of Sevillian artisans.
Sevillian craftwork
The Sevillian craftwork sector is a fundamental axis in the local economy. For this reason, in this Christmas market, the products made by the best craftsmen of the province and the Sevillian capital are commercialized. The aim of this event is not only to consolidate the sale of artisan products from Seville, but also to ensure the continuation of artisan and cultural trades, thus preventing their extinction.
In the market you can find a wide range of artisan products such as ceramics, bindings, textiles, jewelry, glass, mosaics, leather, wrought iron or enamels, created exclusively by the craftsmen who occupy the different stands and who are not available for wholesale.
Opening hours are from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm. with the exception of the afternoons of the 24th and 31st of December and full days of the 25th of December and 1st of January which will remain closed.
